I have over 10 years of proven success on the front lines of planning and executing communications strategies for internal and external audiences in British Columbia and across Canada.

I’m a tech-savvy, detail-oriented communications professional and project manager who employs a fun, flexible approach to helping people and organizations achieve goals. I pride myself in my ability to work with diverse stakeholders, build trustful and respectful relationships, ask the right questions and ultimately deliver appropriate solutions.

In my various roles, I have been responsible for the development and distribution of content to hundreds of thousands of people via direct email campaigns, enewsletters, websites and strategic social media activity. Specifically, I have developed multi-layered national campaigns with a focus on storytelling to engage audiences to action.
